Q: Can I purchase more than one of a given item or product shown?
A: No. Items shown are available on a one-off basis only. Once an item is purchased / sold, it is replaced by something else.
Q: How are your items / products acquired?
A: All items or products shown are legally acquired through various sources.
Q: Do you give warranties?
A: No. All available items are either as new, or mint condition, or very good condition, used with slight wear and tear - and so on (actual condition is clearly stated in item descriptions). We do not sell brand-new items, as such we do not give warranties.
Q: Do you give guarantees?
A: No, we do not give guarantees as we do not sell brand-new items. However we can give refunds (see below).

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Accepted payment methods are by credit / debit card, or via PayPal.
Q: When are purchased items delivered?
A: Purchased items are delivered after payment has cleared.
Q: How are items delivered?
A: Items are delivered in strong, secure packaging.
Q: Are item / product prices inclusive?
A: No. Item or product prices are exclusive of delivery / shipping charges.~
Q: Do you charge sales tax / VAT / etc?
A: No, currently sales tax / VAT / etc is not charged
Q: Do you give refunds?
A: Yes. If an item is delivered damaged and or not working" then we can give a refund.*

UK nations:
England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales.
EU nations:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Other nations:
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA.
~ Delivery is usually up to 7 working days for UK and EU nations, or up to 14 days for other nations that we ship to.
* As per UK and international distance selling rules, the purchaser is responsible for return postage costs.
